Extension project in New Zealand

We've installed a new CO2 scrubber at one of our customers in the Goulburn valley, Australia. customer has been very satisfied with our N2 generator and decided to upgrade their facility.

Another customer in the Adelaide hills in Australia has also installed a new CO2 scrubber for extra scrubbing capacity. The new scrubber is connected to their My Fruit system for fully-automatic control.

New year new model!

Since last year VA has been redesigning one of our CO2 adsorbers comfort line: the VA150 is back and ready NOW!!
The new model VA150 has an adsorption capacity of 100 kg CO2/24h (at 3%) with a smaller dimension and lighter weight.
The VA200 and VA350 will get the same advantages and look!
It will be the best choice for projects from 250 to 1000 ton fruit storage.
These three models can be combined with a VPSA and manifold to create the One Rack System (ORS).

Prefabricated Machine room

Prefabricated Machine room for Cooling and Controlled Atmosphere (CA)!
At a customer in Belgium, our partner VOS technics prepared a 40ft container machine room for the complete Cooling and CA.
This eliminates the need for additional space in the building for the machine room, and since it is prefabricated, it speeds up installation time.
Apples, Pears, and other fruits are stored in this beautiful Fresh Food storage facility.

fruit respiration boxes

10x fruit respiration boxes sent to Poland and will be used at the Fruit Research Station in Skierniewice.
Each box can contain 100-120 kg of fruits and has independent control of O2, CO2, & ethylene as well as the measurement of respiration rate & temperature.
The liquid-sealed cover ensures gas tightness, and the wheels make it easy to move and test the respiration rate of fruits under different CA and temperature conditions in different cold rooms.
