By correctly measuring the three-phase power outlet, you can be sure that all phases are present.

1) To measure the voltage in a three-phase power socket, you must measure the 3 phases (L1, L2 and L3). Measure the voltage by putting a voltage meter in neutral / zero so that you can measure the different phases with the other ones. These should indicate approximately 230 volts.
2) You can also measure the voltage between the different phases (L1, L2 and L3). To do this, insert the voltage meters in the 2 different phases that you want to measure. These should indicate approximately 380 volts.
Pay attention! The values may differ depending on your local power network.
